I am currently studying Fine Art at Chelsea College London so I decided I would ask people I am in contact with outside of this institution. With the internet being a medium to reach a wider audience and the emphasis on the SIK project not to call it art I decided to ask both artists and non-artists that I knew. Some had discussed potential ideas in the past but hadn't had the space, time or reason to realise them. I also hoped it would generate a dialogue between me and the individual participants, but it didnât quite work out that way and everyone seemed quite fine just getting on with it and handing me their final interpretations.
